• (1), 1159-8118 20A 3PH Reversing Switch (Tested Before Shipment)
• (1), Reverse Switch Shaft Bushing (This Supports The Switch Shaft To Allow For A Longer Life)
• (2), Jumpers Installed And Should Not Be Removed/Moved
• (1), Rubber Gasket
• (1) Sheet Metal Cover + Base Set, Powder Coated Bridgeport Gray + Instructions Inside Top Cover
  
• (2) Lock Washers + (2), Phillips Head Screws Used For The Ground Wires (Installed In Ground Location Inside Sheet Metal Base)
